Subscribe & Save: how it works
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you agree to receive one tin of ZenStrips (30 strips) every 4 weeks and authorize us to automatically charge your payment method $29.99 plus any applicable shipping and taxes every 4 weeks, starting on the date of your first order, until you cancel.
- Billing frequency: every 4 weeks (13 deliveries per year).
- Price: $29.99 per delivery. Shipping is free for US addresses; Canadian addresses are charged the standard shipping rate shown at checkout.
- Benefits: ZenMind VIP app access stays active while your subscription is active.
- Price changes: If the subscription price changes, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before your next billing date.
Skip, pause or cancel anytime
There is no minimum commitment. You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time:
- Online, by logging into your customer account and selecting Manage subscription; or
- By emailing info@venturecontact.group with your name and order number.
To avoid being charged for the next delivery, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation stops all future charges. Charges for deliveries that have already been processed are not refundable once the order has shipped, except as described in our Refund Policy.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll notify you and may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
Reminders
You'll receive an email confirmation after each renewal order, including the amount charged and how to manage or cancel your subscription.
